Nice one, Barmah is an awesome place. I've been up there several times over the last couple of months.

Check out the change of conditions before you go. Still many tracks closed due to environmental flooding.

Also closed on "code red" days, like today

    Hope that helps.

Ron Moon has just done a trip write up on the Barmah forest camping in the latest issue of 4X4 Australia.

Interesting. One of my favourite spots. I would visit there 6 times a year. Thanks for letting me know, I will have to get the article.

Blue-Green algae going through the murray river system at the moment. Not a good time to visit. Currently at red alert level - https://www.riverineherald.com.au/20...ae-near-barmah

Laurie was also saying the water has a green colour to it.
