    Bear in mind at Scott's age he's deaf as a post. exhaust note would mean bugga all to him, !!! Glenny I'm sure would appreciate the comfort of the new truck. Either way mate, enjoy it any way you can.

    Sat in it for the first time yesterday Bev. It was very nice. I'm struggling with the thought of selling Thunderbird but we cant take the grandkids camping in her because the drawers cover the child restraint anchor points and I do need a new daily drive so it does make sense. There will be tears though that's for sure.

    GT tears yes, it still saddens me when I think about the day Smokey drove off into the sunset

    But the pain will ease, especially when accelerating up hills!

    Thanks all for your input we took delivery of our mu-x today and so far very happy.
    Once we sort out the picture posting bit we will upload some pics and maybe start a new build thread.
