UPDATE, many issues with paint and inner felt lining, after a few calls and slamming consumer law down their throats I got a call from big kahuna of flexiglass who at start was arrogant but then offered to replace canopy with a new one. I'm sleeping on it as I can also demand a full refund.
    Cheers

Get a refund and buy an arb ascent mate I have one on my BT and have fitted dozens of them we rarely have any issues with them. I'm extremely happy with mine. We also fit clearview fridge slides they are great quality but very heavy.

A lot more coin for ARB and can't justify it, i'm looking at a clearview fridge drop slide over the MSA ones.

    What's the price difference?

I've fitted both slides and I'd personally not have a problem with either I like how functional the clearview drop slides are. Mine is an ARB elements slide as I don't need a drop slide.
