    Ziegler & Brown Portable Grill

We've just picked up a Ziegler and Brown Portable Grill, and I must say this thing has revolutionised our camping meals. It's very easy to use, but does take up a lot of space.

Here's a few of our first attempts.

    Lamb roast.

    Grilled Kabana for Happy Hour.

    Banana cake.

    Another beautiful roast.

Looks a bit more compact than my Weber Baby-Q. As much as I love it, it's massive.

The way the lid folds underneath for travel was the main reason I went with the Ziggy, that and built in thermometer.

I had heard that, which is convenient. Considering we have the high lid Baby Q with the thermometer we aren't in a hurry to change anytime soon, but if we ever considered upgrading I think the Z&B would be a real contender!

Now, to figure out a way to fit a smoker in my camping kit... LOL.
