Mudducks new Daily/work hack/ back up tourer. Ford Ranger XLS PX2

Hi all, a new toy so a new thread. After having our 120 Prado for 3 years (and loving it!) we decided it has too many Ks for its age and would be worth nothing in another couple of years, so Karen decided I needed a birthday present I couldn't forget, so she bought me a "NEW" truck, but not just any truck a brand spanking new Ranger with a few mods already done. So as much as I loved the Prado, its gone. So here's my new baby.

Its a 2017 (built August 2016) PX2 Ford Ranger dual cab ute, meteor grey, 3.2 diesel, 6 speed auto.

    It came with

    2 inch Tough Dog suspension
    17 x 8 CSA Raptor rims
285/70R17 Cooper ST Maxx tyres (5)
    ARB Summit bullbar
    9000lb Smittybilt winch
    Safari snorkel
    ARB flares
    Sports Bar
    Tonneau cover
    Tow bar and electrics

Then before we got it home we went to supercheap auto and got

    Dash mat
    Steering wheel cover
    Blind spot mirrors

After we got home we then fitted

Tail light covers (to darken it bit)
    Wet seat seat covers
    Unifilter Snorkel sock
    Old floor mats from prado.

Stuff I kept from the prado still to be fitted is

    Uniden UHF cb
    GME AE4705G Antenna
    Yaesu FT8900 Quadband amateur radio
    Icom antenna to suit
    EDS2 scan gauge
    9 inch Led spotties 185w

Wishlist is long so I won't bore you with that.

    OK heres some pix

    Waiting for pick up

Nice. The Ranger would be my pick if I went to a dual cab.

Looking forward to the evolution of this one.

Why would I buy something for $10 when I can make it for $20

Looks awesome mate! Pretty cool you can get them like that from the showroom. Makes it easy to get straight out there.

Nice looking Ranger! Sad to see the Prado go, yours was one of my favorite 120's around here.
