Hats of to you Rich, first mountain bike event in 13 years it's never easy having a break from sport then deciding to give it another crack, only last week I decided to dig out my soccer boots and grace the soccer field once again with my silky skills. It had only been 3 years since I last played, a week later I still can't walk knees swollen and sore. Boots now back in cupboard.

    Well done Rusty
